Larsen Virtuoso viola strings produce an open and clear tone with a balance of brilliance and warmth. The set was developed as an extension of the success of the Larsen Original viola A strings. Available in medium tension with a ball end, it contains the Virtuoso viola D, G and C strings, and the Original viola A string. The C and G have a multi-filament nylon core wound with silver; the D has a multi-filament core wound with aluminum; and the A has a solid steel core wound with stainless steel, available with a ball or loop end.
