The SR51 viola features solid wood construction with a spruce top plus maple back and sides. It is finished with a hand-applied spirit varnish. Adjusted by hand in the Scherl & Roth USA workshop, each Galliard viola comes with DAddario Prelude strings for excellent response and tone. The SR51 Galliard viola outfit includes a carbon fiber bow and thermoplastic case.
